Standards (in Chinese)
Managers achieve conformity with the Standards on a “comply-or-explain” basis and make their disclosure statements available to existing and prospective investors upon request.
The Standards are as relevant today as when they were created as demonstrated by recent industry events and regulatory actions. At SBAI, we continue to respond to changes in industry practices and investor expectations by consulting publicly on improvements to the Standards.
