Astignes Capital is an alternative investment management firm based in Singapore. The firm was established with the aim of providing investment strategies that offer competitive returns underpinned by the hallmarks of adherence to risk management, low correlation to beta markets and capital preservation. Its investor base includes institutions from around the world.
Established in 2007, the firm currently manages about $3.7 billion in two distinct funds that focus on macro and relative value opportunities in liquid markets and derivatives. The original fund, launched in 2007, trades a discretionary macro strategy that primarily focuses on Asian rates and foreign exchange. The second fund, launched in 2023, trades a systematic relative value macro strategy that is global in scope and includes multiple asset classes with exposures taken via exchange-traded futures.
