SBAI Establishes Singapore Advisory Committee to Support Local Alternative Investment Community
The Standards Board for Alternative Investments (SBAI), an active alliance of institutional investors and alternative asset managers, announced today the launch of its Singapore Advisory Committee. The Committee brings together leading institutional investors, asset managers and investment consultants in Singapore to support and enhance the SBAI’s connectivity with the Singapore alternative investment community and regulatory authorities, and to raise awareness and encourage adoption of the SBAI’s Alternative Investment Standards.
Debra Ng, Managing Director and Asia Region Head, Albourne Partners, has been appointed Chair of the Committee, and Kim Rosenkilde, Group Chief Investment Officer, Singlife, has been appointed Deputy Chair.
Debra Ng said: “I am honoured to chair the SBAI’s Singapore Advisory Committee, which provides a platform for engaging with the investment community and promoting responsible industry Standards, to the benefit of institutional investors.”
The SBAI Singapore Advisory Committee will start work immediately and members of the Committee are already featuring as speakers in SBAI panels at regional conferences, including the Milken Institute Asia Summit 2022 and SALT x iConnections Asia 2022.
