Chinese Regulation Compared to International Standards

Whilst there are some similarities between onshore China and global industry standards, there are also some legitimate differences. This presentation highlights some of the key differences between Chinese and International standards of practice

Chinese onshore managers looking to attract international investors will need to both understand global best practices and be able to explain the context behind why some differences exist.
