Our Governance Working Group discusses key governance issues and provides practical guidance for asset managers to use and advice on how allocators can assess managers on these topics.
Previous work from this group is available in our Governance Toolbox webpage and includes work on indemnification wording in fund governing documents, cash handling and cyber security, conflicts of interest, and various transparency tools.
Future discussions in this group will include:
